Council

The Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group promotes cross-group management of diversity through the Diversity Council, in which each member company of the Group participates. The council studies and exchanges information on Group-wide DE&I measures such as those addressing women's empowerment, LGBTQ+ and work-life balance.
