We provide a range of training and support programs that allow each employee to maximize their abilities and continue to grow in their individual ways.

OJT
We conduct talent development through on-the-job training. In particular, we work to train our young employees to become business producers by providing them with diverse experiences via job rotations as well as communication with other employees.
1on1
We provide numerous opportunities for employees to communicate with their managers, enabling them to discuss a wide range of topics from work-related issues to their medium- to long-term career aspirations and even their personal lives. This serves to improve their engagement, including raising the levels of their working comfort and job fulfillment.
Training Programs
We have established more than 60 different training programs, including rank-based training, selected-participants-only training and voluntary participation programs. In addition to enhancing business skills, our training system encourages diverse career development through career design, cross-industry networking and other programs.
GREEN FLAG PROJECT
Under the Green Flag Project, an employee resource group (ERG) that employees can opt to participate in, we have established a DE&I-focused community to foster a corporate culture in which a diverse range of talent can flourish.
