So far, we have participated in a total of 17 projects in five cities in the four countries of Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Vietnam, investing in a wide range of asset types, including condominiums, hotel complexes, and office development.
Demand for real estate in Southeast Asian nations is expected to increase further as populations continue to grow. We aim to use our flexible investment structure, experience, and Group resources to take part in various projects that cater to the needs of individual local communities.

We participated in a hotel project to be operated by the global IHG Group hotel chain as our first foray into Thailand and our first joint venture project with local partner, Origin Property Public Limited Company.

Mizu Residences
Large-scale condominium development project in Selangor near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We participated in this first project for our Malaysian business through our first joint venture with local partner, Titijaya Land Berhad.
We are participating in condominium projects in major cities in India by underwriting corporate bonds.
We are using redevelopment to help improve hygiene and safety, which all residents do not yet fully enjoy.
Inseli Park Project
Located in the Padua district in southeastern Chennai close to several IT-related facilities, large hospitals and research institutes.
Maverick Project
Located near a national park in the Mulund West district in western Mumbai, which is considered to be a safe and excellent residential area. We utilize floor space index bonuses obtainable as part of our redevelopment method.
71 Midtown Project
Located in the Chembur district in eastern Mumbai with easy and convenient access to the financial district and the airport as well as several hospitals and excellent educational institutions.
Vaibhavlaxmi Project
Located in the fast-growing Vikhroli and Ghatkopar districts in the eastern Mumbai suburbs close to business parks and IT parks. This is a project to rebuild deteriorated public housing.
