Since entering the market in 1975, we have built a steady track record and earned local trust by supplying 5,000 detached houses and 2,000 condominium units mainly in Jakarta. We continue to develop our detached house, condominium, and serviced apartment business. Going forward, we intend to continue promoting environment-conscious development and business creation that will contribute to Indonesia's further development as a country.

High-standard Real Estate Development in Indonesia
We applied the real estate development expertise that TOKYU LAND CORPORATION (TLC) has acquired to date to create something that is rare even among Japanese developers with overseas businesses, namely building a value chain that enables projects to be completed by our own corporate group.
By executing development, we are also able to build a strong response to environmental and social issues in Indonesia.

This is the first all-Japan project in Indonesia, with the land acquisition, development, design, construction, and management stages all being performed by Japanese companies.
BRANZ BSD
Condominium development project in which we maximize our unique Japanese expertise to create condominiums that operate in harmony with the environment in Jakarta's largest suburban BSD district
Location: Bumi Serpong Damai District, Tangerang Regency

Number of units: Approx. 3,000 units scheduled (including approx. 1,256 in the first stage)
Completion: 2018 (first stage)
This is the first BRANZ condominium block to be built outside Japan. It was developed to suit the rich BSD living environment and the Indonesian climate and topography.
BRANZ Mega Kuningan
Large-scale complex development project in the Mega Kuningan area, located in Jakarta's central business district (CBD), where one of the city's largest developments is underway

Detached house project built in the residential area of Bekasi in eastern Jakarta, which is scheduled to be connected by the Jakarta LRT rapid-transit system

We are promoting the development of detached houses in the Bekasi area, which is prone to flood damage, by installing reservoirs ourselves and aiming to create disaster-resilient town infrastructure.
