Shibuya Sakura Stage

Shibuya Sakura Stage will be located in Sakuragaoka, a district with diverse functions, such as offices, commercial, educational and cultural facilities, and residences, close to Shibuya Station, one of Japan’s leading terminal stations, and with good access to Daikanyama and Ebisu.

We aim to create a space for water lovers along the Meguro River by developing buildings with excellent earthquake resistance, roads and pedestrian spaces, and parks and plazas.

After studying the potential for commercialization as an urban redevelopment project, we will cooperate with the redevelopment preparatory association as a partner in facilities planning, overall planning, project promotion, construction, and operation.

Nihonbashi 1-Chome East District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project

We will contribute to urban regeneration by developing pedestrian infrastructure along Nihonbashi River and around Nihonbashi Station, introducing urban functions to enhance international competitiveness, strengthening disaster preparedness, and reducing the burden on the environment.
