DBJ Green Building
The office buildings developed by Tokyu Land Corporation meet the stringent standards demanded of office buildings of the future, including measures to combat heat island effects and CO2 emissions. Currently, 19 of our office buildings in the 23 wards of Tokyo have received DBJ Green Building certification.
